As a part of CRM team, we have strategy to define “CRM as an Experience” to make launch more engaging to get people to raise their hands, visit sites, and ultimately encourage to switch/upgrade devices based on customer research.

Define “CRM as an Experience” to make launch more engaging to get people to raise their hands, visit sites, and ultimately encourage to switch/upgrade devices based on customer research.
Our tasks as designers are to create the visual style for each of the launch phases and templates which were used across all of the teams, with the challenge of giving each phase of the launch its own unique look.
Developed a clean, premium and effective campaign which flowed nicely across a range of digital assets.
